2023 Topps Luminaries Baseball is a one-card hobby box focused on the game's top sluggers and pitchers, past, present and future. Each box holds one encased autograph or autograph relic card numbered to 15 or less.

The release is organized around themed sets including Home Run Kings, Hit Kings, Masters of the Mound and Spark of Light. Home Run Kings, Hit Kings and Masters of the Mound autographs are signed on-card and numbered to 15, with Red, Blue, Purple and Black 1/1 parallels, and each adds autograph relics and autograph patches with game-used pieces. Spark of Light showcases MLB's next generation of stars, numbered to 15 or less with Purple and Gold 1/1 parallels.

Book cards range from Ultra Books featuring 10 players to the Home Run Kings Ultimate Book with 50 players and The Greatest Book Card with 30, each 1 of 1. New Baseball Leather Autographs pair a player with a baseball from an MLB game he played in, signed in pen directly on the ball and numbered 1 of 1.
